Pay Your Bill Online Through MyChart
If you already have a Baptist OneCare© MyChart account, you may log into your account to pay your bill. Simply click on the button below and type in your username and password to log-in. Once you are logged in to your account, click on the “Billing” icon at the top. Select “Account Summary” from the drop down menu to view outstanding bills to be paid. You will need a debit/credit card to complete the payment.
If you have trouble logging into your MyChart account, please contact technical support at 901-227-7777 and follow the voice prompt for MyChart.
Pay As Guest Option for Online Bill Pay
If you do not have a MyChart account, or prefer to pay as a guest, you can do so by clicking on the below button. You will need your guarantor account number, last name on the bill to be paid and a debit/credit card or bank account information to complete the payment.

If you do not have a MyChart account, our MyChart Coordinators will sign you up before you are discharged.
If you go to a clinic, your doctor will provide you with an activation code. To request one, click on the button below to fill out our form.
Pay an Existing Bill Through ePay
If you received services at any of our facilities prior to January 1, 2014, please click on the link below to pay your outstanding bill through ePay. You will need your 10-digit account number and zip code to log into this system. Your account number can be located on your most recent statement. If you cannot locate your account number or have trouble logging into this website, please contact us at 800-527-8614 enter 7 and then 7381 or email us at Postmaster@medfinsrvcs.com.
